一.思想方面

一到中队首先接触到的就是战士，整天和他们生活、工作在一起，排长是联系干部和战士的桥梁和纽带，要搭好这座桥、牵牢这根带，必须先打好根基，熟悉下面战士的情况。为此，我对照花名册，在日常生活、学习、工作、训练中从不同渠道去了解战士的性格、爱好、家庭情况以及情绪变化等内容，并做好记录，做到“身在兵中，兵中心中”。
2、以身作则、率先垂范是开展工作的保证。

六、存在不足和今后努力方向
1、管理力度亟急加强。主要是我之前从事管理工作时间短，经验不够丰富，对棘手问题没有果断的决策。
